In terms of income and expenditures the Associations finances that had required a year to fully appreciate as it pertains to our budget process have been very little.
As can be seen by our 2008 financial statement we continue to better prepare for our annual expenditures.
As this organization grows to maintain its existence with the industry so grows the costs of doing business. This Association has placed itself in a financially sound position to move forward.
Your Board and Committees continued with initiatives to promote and advance this organization while at the same time controlling their expenditures. For an understanding of their numerous accomplishments I invite you to read their Committee Reports.
The office staff continue to update themselves and office technology to ensure that you, the members, get the best service possible.
As Chair of the Finance Committee, having found this Association in sound financial shape and its practices and procedures in accordance with current accounting principals, I move acceptance of this report.
