Join the OBOA for the annual Leadership Day event that brings together leaders from the building industry across Ontario for a day of networking and interactive sessions.
This year’s theme will provide attendees with an appreciation for the value of Emotional Intelligence. Participants will explore their emotional intelligence capability and have opportunities to discuss how to approach their daily experiences in mindful, values-driven, and productive ways.The business case for Emotional Intelligence will be made and attendees will work on strategies to grow the emotional intelligence of their teams and their organizations.
