Excess Soil Management Regulation and RSC Amendments – Webinar

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is supporting implementation of the recent amendments to the Records of Site Condition Regulation and the On-site and Excess Soil Management Regulation through information sessions being held in-person and via webinar. These information sessions will be especially helpful for Qualified Persons (as defined in O. Reg 153/04) and municipal staff that wish to better understand the amendments to the Records of Site Condition Regulation (majority already in effect) and the On-site and Excess Soil Management Regulation (first phase of regulatory requirements come into effect July 1, 2020).
