OBOA Pine Ridge Chapter raises $7,200+ in donations at 9th annual golf tourney.
Northumberland County – The Pine Ridge Chapter of the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA) made like Santa recently by dividing the proceeds of its ninth annual golf tournament between two local organizations. The event, held each year at Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club, raised more than $7,200, with the support of 94 golfers and donations from numerous area sponsors.The Salvation Army in Cobourg received $4,831, and Presqu’ile Point Lighthouse Preservation Society (PPLPS) $2,415.
