Frank Spagnolo
After 38 years of service as a Building Official, Frank Spagnolo, P.Eng., CBCO, retired on April 30, 2015.
Frank started his career as a Building Inspector with the City of Toronto, and worked there for 3 years prior to joining the City of Mississauga, where he retired after 35 years of service. Frank also started as a Building Inspector with Mississauga, and advanced to the level of Manager, Plan Examination Services.
Throughout his career, Frank demonstrated a strong commitment to service delivery excellence, and his passion for the OBC and technical knowledge made him a valuable and well respected resource for not only other Building Officials, but for his clients as well.
Along with being a longstanding member of OBOA and a CBCO, Frank has been an active supporter of OBOA through his regular attendance at the AMTS, and involvement with the OBOA GTA Chapter Executive Committee as Secretary and Treasurer.
