Consultation on Proposed Changes to Part 8 "Sewage Systems" of the Building Code The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing has posted notices on the Environmental Registry of Ontario and the Regulatory Registry to propose changes to the Building Code related to Combined Treatment and Dispersal Systems. The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has made an administrative amendment to Ontario's 2024 Building Code to streamline approvals and support development within Downtown Brampton. This amendment will help enable construction of two City-identified development projects to proceed concurrently with the Brampton Riverwalk flood protection infrastructure.
